"Steve Emerson is outstanding to work with as is going there." I just purchased my X5. "Exceptional Service- Patti Kupfer" Highly recommend taking your BMW to Autohaus for your service needs and ask for Patti Kupfer. This is my third time to see Patti and she treats me like her only customer: always thoughtful, attentive and helpful for my every need. An example of her great attention was regarding a bad power steering pump in my BMW that had just gone off warranty. "Friendly service greeters " I feel so at home and relax with Linda Schaefer. She is so welcoming and happy, I am made to feel that my car is getting the best health care a car can get. She let’s me know when she available or if not, she says to see Mike and I have on occasions. I trust them to do right for my car and me.
"Experience and Customer Service." Chris' experience and knowledge of the product help the recall process enjoyable. Good employees are hard to find. The fresh coffee and donuts is also a good ides.
