"Great service great experience " Wind noise coming from drivers side window even with window rolled up. Amanda assured me they could take care of problem very quickly. It was impetitive I got to work. Within an hour the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Amanda was attentive sincere and genuinely wanted to help me. She was terrific. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Amanda.

"Great customer service" I have been taking my cars to Autohaus for 13 years and have always had great service. Chris Clem is the best and has been taking care of me for the last 8 years. On Friday my car started to hesitate while driving and a warning came on about the drive train. Needless to say, I was very nervous driving the car as it would only go about 30 mph. "Excellent Sevice!" It is always a pleasure to bring our BMWs to Autohaus for service. I always choose to work with Linda Schaefer but the entire team is genuinely kind and helpful. Everyone speaks to me by name. My appointments are handled on time and in an efficient manner. The cars are returned clean, and in perfect working order. I would not go anywhere else!
"Excellent service department!" I live about 45 min from Autohaus and pass another BMW dealership on my way to Autohaus - yet I still go to Autohaus Bc of Linda Schaefer in the service department. Linda personifies friendly professionalism and is truly one of the big factors we have kept buying BMWs. The dealership itself is meticulously clean, bright and I have never met a staff person who was not extremely helpful and service oriented.
