"Service was great" Our car broke down in St Louis on a 16 hour drive. This team took us in right at closing time - got the car diagnosed and fixed and back on the road in under 36 hours plus took the time to inspect a few items affecting the safety of our tow hitch. Patti Kupfer was amazing keeping the process moving. Matt did a great job with the wrench. Thanks!
"Patty always makes it happen!" The staff at this dealership are the nicest, most accommodating, most professional of any dealership I've ever been to. "Once again, Chris is still the best" My wife recently took her X1 in for service, and as usual, Chris gave her top-notch care. He got an appointment and loaner very quickly, and called me right away with a diagnosis. This level of attention to detail is why I have been going to Autohaus since 2003. Much appreciated.
"Linda is the best. " Linda always impresses with her wonderful personality, courtesy and knowledge. I really miss Dan Wyrick but Ethan is doing a great job. Linda is well known and respected in the auto community and is such a fantastic asset to Autohaus. Autohaus service is terrific, the facility is clean and modern, and the loaners are very nice.

"Great service consistently " I have had BMW’s from three different dealerships in the St. Louis area and this one provides a far more consistent experience in both the sales and service areas. I never feel pressured, always get the facts, not just a wobbly opinion and feel as though I have associates I can trust. "Totally thoughtful" Patti Kupfer is my service representative. She not only "just" does her job but wanted to make sure I was set for my waiting period. Patti made sure I had a location for my lattop to plug it in and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. She ALSO noticed a small dent on my car that I totally overlooked and since I am so careful where I park, (normally out outer 40 drive and then walk a country mile to the store or other locations) I was very surprised.
