"Excellent service" Great customer interface Quickly scheduled appointment And timely service follow thru (Out of town traveler kept on the way) This will be my dealership when moved back to St. louis
"Great service and people!" Cannot say enough good things about Autohaus! Their service is absolutely top notch and are cars are kept running like they are brand new. Waiting area is clean and am provided with a loaner car if needed. Always treated with respect and courtesy. This and a lot more are the reasons I plan to stay a customer for life. THANKS!
"Great service" Linda Schaefer has helped me out several times with the continual maintenance of my car. She is always great to work with and extremely efficient. As always, A+ service and the reason I will continue coming back to Autohaus BMW.
"Friendly service" This is my second time using Autohaus BMW since I have moved here and have experienced excellent service. Patti is so friendly and helpful as were the guys in the drive up bay. They made me feel welcome.
"Great service as usual" Mike Crader is always great to work with, gets the detailed list of work to be completed put together quickly and efficiently - and finds all of the additional maintenance items coming up in the near future to save me another trip back to the shop.
"Slightly disappointed customer" My husband has had my car serviced here 2 or 3 times and they have done great work. However, someone there named Joey S., who details the vehicles after repair, decided to leave a note in my center console for my husband. Telling him he's cute as well as leaving a phone number. I didn't report this, it just happened yesterday. I am still deciding on how I want to handle this. I found this to be the only issue that I have with this place/person.
"Great service" They always do the best to serve their customers. I have never been disappointed with their efforts. I was having a nightmare upgrading my software in my BMW and they stuck with me till the problem was solved. They also did warranty work in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to go back to them.
"Wonderful service" Anytime I come in to get work done on my car Ethan is always friendly and willing to address my questions and concerns.Great service as always!
"Great service " I missed my appointment, I had written down the wrong date but Amanda called and asked if everything was ok.... she was worried about me! She changed my appointment to the next day and made sure I still had a loaner car! Really great service!!
