"When you find it, you just know it" As a young female, it’s hard to find a service center who takes my complaints seriously. "Excellent customer experience." Chris Clem is a true professional. During a previous visit for an oil change he recommended new rear tires and provided me with a very competitive quote. I scheduled the service appointment and the car was ready for me as promised including the alignment before and after data.
"Excellent response and communication, great customer service" Chris Clem is my service adviser at Autohaus BMW. Chris does an excellent job with keeping me informed about what is going on with my car and always responds very quickly. I have a older project car that I am working on restoring which means I am at the dealership a lot. Chris has been a great resource for help with what the car needs and what it doesn't need and I know that I can trust him. "Wonderful people, wonderful visits" Once again Ethan was superb in dealing with this old lady. The stereotype of women getting taken advantage of when alone wouldn't be a stereotype if it wasn't true. BUT Ethan breaks that mold every single time! "Oil change" Linda was great at scheduling my service and made everything very easy. I would recommend anyone with a Bmw to get serviced at the autohaus.
"Dependably excellent service" I have enjoyed superb service on my 2014 i3 at Autohaus since moving to the St. Louis area from Seattle, where I bought the car, including diagnosis and repair of a couple of persistent problems that I could not get fixed before (repeated check-engine light from the range extender due to too lean a mixture and oxygen sensor, and a dashboard rattle traced to the glovebox). Ethan Krysiak has been a great help to me along with Andy, excellent i3 specialist.
