Mike was Great. He recommended all factory services needed for my car. Understood my AC problem which was fixed perfectly. I highly recommend Autohaus service department. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
My 2009 335d had a serious problem caused by soot clogging the intake manifold of my engine .This problem I believe is caused by the inferior diesel fuel sold in the US and the repair was not covered with my BMW EXTENDED WARRANTY . Mike Crader and his service manager both went to bat for me and interceded with BMW to have the cleaning of the ports performed at no expense to me . The Autohaus staff is very professional and the service is always timely and thorough (very fast). I'm happy with my BMW and will be back to lease #5 in 2016.
Chris Clem, Service Advisor, provided excellent customer service and kept me fully informed every step of the way. While professional customer service is always expected at a BMW dealership, Chris went beyond the norm to make sure the overall process went smoothly.

Just leased a 328 ix and the experience was very good. I was given the opportunity to test drive cars and actually see if they would fit in our garage with my husband's X5. The salesman and management team made the whole process very easy and I felt confident that I had made a good lease.
We would not buy a BMW anywhere else! This is the third car we have purchased at Autohaus and we have worked with Bob Dedert every time. It really doesn't get any better than this and the whole buying experience is a very pleasant way to part with a large sum of money...from the initial reception to the final paperwork. There are dealers who also handle German cars in this town and they could all take a lesson from Autohaus.
I recently had a low tire light on late one afternoon. I stopped by Autohaus ( not my regular servicing dealer) and met a nice young man named Dan Wyrick. He got me in right away and found that I needed a new tire( screw in it). I was in and out in 1 hr. Great service.
I just completed my second lease with Brett at Autohaus. Once again, I was shocked with the ease Brett made the process and one of the main reasons I wanted to come back (Ok, the car had a little bit to do with it, too). Brett works with a great team and represents them well.
