Chris Buie explained the technical operations of the car very well!! He went over every thing that we asked and explained so we could understand completely.
On my wife's insistence we went to a BMW dealership, I knew we could not afford a BMW in this new town, different priorities after move. Autohaus was the closest. We went after 5pm on a weekday. We are fortunate to work with Chris Clem when we visit the dealership. He always treats us with respect and ensures we understand the work that will be performed. During my most recent visit he explained the problem and worked with Victor Richards to resolve.
We had multiple issues that needed attention, a blown tire, windshield replacement, cosmetic rim touch ups and engine factory recall work. Chris Clem was great to work with! He is very pleasant and professional, he provided a clear timeline and called with daily updates. He also coordinated all of the work between the service and body shops so it was completely seemless for us. This is the second time we worked with Chris and has been fantastic both times!
I've dealt with Chris Clem every time I've taken my car to be serviced. He helps make the experience of getting my vehicle serviced painless, and is one of the contributing factors to why I keep coming back to Autohaus. The customer support is great, Autohaus has been able to accommodate my every need. The work done is top notch and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
My car broke down and was towed to this dealership. It was time to trade the car in and Bob made buying a new car a very easy experience. Jennifer Burke from the service department was also very helpful.. I received overall excellent service.
