I walked into Autohaus BMW on Friday afternoon and met Bob. He listened to what I wanted in a car, made some recommendations and took me on my BMW maiden voyage. He made the whole "car experience" enjoyable. I never felt pressured or out of my league. Bob patiently answered all of my questions with an easy manner. I now drive an X1 and couldn't be happier. Bob Warner's middle initial must be M.
Took my car in for annual maintenance. They found an additional problem, fixed it. Had a loaner car so everything was very convenient and I'm very happy with the results
Dennis Schaffner is professinal at his craft. It has been years since we have considered a BMW. Dennis was welcoming and knowledgable about his product. Service from John Williams, Karen Lowery and Greg Issitt are the reason I have just purchased my third BMW x5. Unfortunately I had repeated issues with the second one, purchased in 2009. This is a very professional dealership and service center. Appointments are always on time and efficient. I called with a few questions and spoke with Linda and she made me feel like everything would be taken care of and was pleasant and informative. Jennifer is a great Advisor...I recommend her! I have dealt with Brett Midgley since my first BMW 3 series sedan in 2008, then on to a 2011, and now my 2015. Every experience has been a painless endeavor. My friendship with Brett has also grown with each car lease and/or purchase, to the point where he has even reached out to me, as in vehicles coming into the dealership (could of had the first 4 series coupe in STL) or potential service vehicles soon to be on the market. Professional and courteous always, I am sure this will not be the last new BMW I drive.

Very quick turnaround time. Completed maintenance work in just a few hours. Also fixed a small dent for a very fair price in that time. Very high quality dent repair. Provided me with a very nice to loaner during that time so I could go on with my day. Great experience.
