My husband and I have had outstanding service at Autohaus BMW, largely in part due to Dan Wirick our Service Manager. He always goes out of his way to help us and work with our schedules. He is fair and honest, They have really nice loaner cars too. Keep up the good work.

Love the amenities and outstanding treatment by everyone at Autohaus!! Simply the best. I originally went to the closest BMW dealership, Suntrup West County, and the experience was awful. The service manager at Suntrup was grouchy and the people there were so fake and didn't really care about their customers. The total opposite experience was at Autohaus and I've been going out of my way to receive such top notch service that is so worth the extra drive and time.

This dealer provides top notch professional service in everything from sales to service to body work. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The facilities, both for customers and service, are first rate. Appointment times are accurate and loaner cars are provided for longer term repairs. Can't think of anything that is missing.
