I had done extensive research on buying another BMW. Living in KC, Autohaus BMW was the closest distance in a 4 hour drive for the 335i I narrowed my choice to. My wife has an older Z3 that we have had serviced several times at Autohaus. Dan has always taken great care of us. He is extremely professional and trustworthy and always made our service experience very comfortable.
As my 535xi was about to reach the maintenance warranty limit at 100,000 miles I brought the car in for a quick check up. Autohaus took care of everything they possibly could under the warranty and even changed the plugs and air filter as a good will gesture. Wow - do I love my new 428i XDrive convertible!! Bob Warner was such a delight to work with during this process. He made everything effortless and never felt any pressure in making our decision. Everyone at Autohaus made us feel very welcome whenever we walked in the door. I would highly recommend Bob Warner and Autohaus BMW. The i3 is the latest in a string that started with a '67 1600, but never before from Autohaus. Worried about the funky little car and its one-pedal driving; intimidated by the thought of iDrive on a radical hybrid; doubtful of the "never pay more for the Autohaus experience" claim.
