I went to Autohaus today and left with a new gran coupe. I dealt with Bob Dedert and he was very friendly and easy to work with. I am recommending him and Autohaus to all my friends.
When we entered the dealership we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant and polite salesperson, Renard LaSane. Renard inquired what type of vehicle we were interested in seeing. This was our first experience leasing with Autohaus. We went through another dealer for 3 previous leases, but had recently switched to Autohaus for the service department. At one of our last visits (with Linda Schaefer in Service who is incredible), we realized that Bob Warner was with the sales department at Autohaus and decided to come back to him since he got us in our first BMW in 2006. Greg Issitt worked with me well. He was ready at the appointment time and addressed my concerns correctly and efficiently. He also did an online review of the car to identify other suggested repairs and replacements. The dealership took only one day to address all of the problems. During that time they lent me a car. My time spent at the shop was about 30 minutes at drop off and 10 minutes at pick up.
My husband and I love Linda Schaefer! Linda has been our service advisor since she moved to Autohaus and we couldn’t be happier! She is the reason we will keep coming back. Why do we love Linda? She’s courteous, highly knowledgeable, honest, professional and always does everything she possibly can to make servicing our cars a pleasant and positive experience. In addition to that, she’s just one of those people you really like.
I found a slightly used 328i online and started communicating with Joe Bauer. He was great to work with, always responding promptly to any questions I had, and offering to stay late on the night we drove over 2 hours to test drive the vehicle. Joe was unavailable on the day we picked up the car, but he arranged it all so that Brett Midgley handled the final paperwork and the new car orientation session.
