Even the smallest service request like new windshield wiper blades is handled with as much importance as a major service request. For me, each visit has always been handled in a professional friendly manner.

Explained the work needed to be done, and the time required to complete the it. Greg Issitt and Mike Crader are well trained BMW service writers. Any job I have needed was always completed on time, and never needed a return to "re-fix" something.
visited service dept., 3-11-15, service consultant was Mike Crader. Needed some warranty work and a list of some items that needed checking, battery , glovebox along with general service maintenance. Mike was very knowledgeable, very, very courteous, and saw that everything was done on our list to our satisfaction. Jennifer has great customer service and knows a lot about the cars and if she does not know she will do the research to get the answer.
I live between two cities and so making appointments with different service providers often gets tricky and challenging for me but not when it comes to my car. Jennifer understands my challenges and tries her best to get me in even with a last minute notice and also arrange for a loaner car so that I can take care of other things. This visit was for standard service on my break lines and cabin filter. During the review, some minor additional items were uncovered. Some were needing immediate attention and others were things that could be scheduled later. Chris was very helpful in explaining what he recommended to be done now and what could wait. I appreciate him also applying the 10% off labor coupon that was available for my service.
Brett is extremely knowledgeable and very professional! He is a straight shooter and was a pleasure dealing with. I have never dealt with a Car Sales Manager like Brett in my 25 years of buying over 10 cars.
Linda Schaefer and Bob Dedert are the two main reasons I am a repeat customer at Autohaus. They make car issues non-stressful. Linda is always so amazingly prompt in returning phone calls. I have dealt with other BMW dealerships where this is not the case. There is also a wonderful locally owned feeling at Autohaus that I appreciate. Bravo!
