Linda Schaefer time and again provides the highest level of customer service and does anything she can to make the experience as smooth as possible. I have used Linda as my service rep for about 2 years now and she has always taken care of everything in the best and most expedited manner possible. I recently purchased a used BMW M3 from Brett Midgley of Autohaus BMW. He was exceptional in every way. I even drove from Texas just to have him as my Client Advisor. I doubt I will every buy a BMW from anyone else. The M3 was exactly as he promised, immaculate and he was able to pick me up from the airport, have the documents signed, and on the road back to St Louis in under 2 hours.

After shopping at a couple dealerships I went to Autohaus BMW. It was by far the best experience I had while shopping for a car. I felt zero pressure by Jeremy and he was extremely professional and very courteous. The BMW 328i was priced very well especially for how nicely it was equipped.
Car was completed much quicker than I expected. They also addressed other issues that I was experiencing and fixed those items the same day. I will always bring my car to Autohaus.
