"Could not say enough good things about my experience. The..." Could not say enough good things about my experience. The Engine in the new car with only 350 miles on it had a catastrophic failure. There was no engine replacement to be found. The general manager when back to BMW corporate and was able to acquire and identical replacement while the process took a little longer than I would have liked the dealership kept me abreast of what was going on.
