"My service appointment was for routine maintenance...." My service appointment was for routine maintenance. Linda saw me on time, explained what my car required, and offered me a loaner even though my service took approximately 1 1/2 hours. I chose to wait, and the waiting room was set up for social distancing, clean and someone was disinfecting the entire area. My car was finished in less time, was washed, vacuumed and spotless when it was returned to me. It is a pleasure dealing with Autohaus BMW.
