Great experience for an out of state purchase Very nice and professional sales team that goes above and beyond the norm for their customers. As an out of state buyer i was afraid of hitting some unexpected problem, but the sales team at Valencia BMW (especially Lillian) made sure that the transaction went as smooth as possible and even arranged the transportation for the car after the deal was closed.

My best car buying experience ever (literally) I have never been completely satisfied with a car buying experience until now. I got a great price on our BMW without having them haggle over it. (I did my homework ahead of time.) I called several dealerships and Valencia BMW was one of a couple that put their best foot forward the first time. Quick, easy, awesome Fabulous customer service from start to finish...called and spoke with Julius Mann- he checked on the vehicle we found on their website, it was in Stock and available- we placed a hold on it, drove to the dealership and there it was already washed and ready. Straight forward with pricing no haggling needed-honest and reasonably priced.
