2016 BMW X5 No other dealer could even come close on price for the X5 we were looking for which was fairly difficult to find with the specific accessories we requested. I researched 17 dealerships in 3 states. Ask for Lilly in sales for whatever your needs are.

BMW 528i I was there for service and it was done right. My concern is that the ac vents may break again. The material is a cheap one. Never happened to me before.
Good first experience This was my first time at this dealership and the experience was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
Treated Great Bought a CPO 335i from Willie Dalgan, who took great care of me. Had some minor things to deal with after the sale, and Willie handled it all. I drove 80 miles to buy a car here and would do it again. Dealership was great too.
Great Service Valencia BMW has the best service staff of any car dealership in Southern California. You are in, you are out, no hassles. They service the car and attend to the things you may not even know are a problem. They are simply the best.
Easy buying process The staff was excellent!! Very responsive and offered me a very reasonable deal without any haggling. I would definitely purchase another car from them.
Good service manager Service manager was very informative went out of his way to make sure I got a good loaner car. Answered a lot of the questions I had about my car.. Only thing was my car came back dirty but I took a while to get my car after they called about it being ready.
