Recall and Service on BMW X3 on June 30, 2016 Brian Hough, my Service Advisor, was kind and efficient. He promptly returned my phone call and arranged for my car to be ready a day early. I am a senior citizen and use a walker for mobility. I am able to drive and my BMW is so comfortable. Please give Brian the recognition he deserves.
