Informative, Attentive, and Positive Process Recently went in to BMW Valencia as a first time buyer on a friend's recommendation. I had done plenty of research prior to visiting the dealer and had been coordinating with my Sales Associate throughout the pre- and even post- sale process and always received comprehensive details and quick attentiveness.
