He was quick and through and kept me well informed every step of the way... All repairs were completed as expected and when expected... Thanks a lot!
Great service I purchased a Land Rover from BMW Valencia and had many issues with the car initially. Sean Crawford, sales manager, and Julius Mann (salesman) were very helpful in making sure I was satisfied despite these issues. They went above and beyond in this particular case and I would definitely go back to them in the future.
Exception Service during a bad time Had an overheat warning pop up on the display on the way to my father's house (long trip). Swung by without an appointment, given a loaner and peace of mind to continue my day/weekend while they checked the car. Found the issue along with other minor issues, and all serviced within an outstanding timeframe. Thanks again! HG

BMW 4 series lease with Grigor Grigor was very infiormitive, responsive, friendly and looked for my needs from the car. We went in looking for a 5 series, but got a beautiful 429 and are ver y happy with it.
