Great first experience I bought my car in Dec. in Thousand Oaks. I looked at the Valencia dealership but because I was buying a 2015 model year end the inventory was slim. This was my 1st service on the car and I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait to be helped. Brian was very professional and attentive.

Leasing Experience (M5 / June 2016 I have leased or purchased seven (7) BMW 'cars over the last several years. NEVER has the process been easier than my experience with Valencia BMW and specifically with Ms. Lillian Rodriguez. She was very professional and her product and process knowledge was excellent. The only thing I had to do was pick up the car - and that was optional. They would have delivered it to my office or home.

528i Repairs I am very pleased with my service advisor and my service experience. The service team were all very accommodating ~ it is so-o-o-o helpful that they give you a car to drive~ that's awesome! I particularly like the fact that BMW refers to us as guests and not customers. So far, everything seems to be working fine ~ still have some big ticket items to do (one at a time - my baby girl is older, so there a few items that need attention).

Great service and great selections I was a quick and smooth and wonderful experience buying. They really worked with me to giive me a car I wanted at the a excellent price. No other dealers gave me the price I wanted except for Valencia BMW dealer I highly recommend it
