Excellent service. My service rep was awesome! I recently had my BMW shipped from Germany to California. During the shipment my oxygen sensor faulted failing the smog test. The team correct the problem, identified additional problems, understood that I lived hours away from the facility, and provided me with a loaner vehicle to ensure I was able to return to work as needed until my vehicle was ready.
Best Buying Experience Ever! Awesome experience! Worked out exactly what car I wanted, payment, and ordering all over the phone, and the car was ordered. When it arrived a few months later from Germany, I showed up to pick up the car and was in and out in 30 minutes with my new 640i.
