Great Service, Great Customer Service Angelica was very attentive and helpful. she listened to my concerns and quickly wrote my car up for service. She then secured me a loaner car. rattle was fixed.
Great trade. My wife and I went to BMW Valencia and met with Siegrid, who helped us trade our 540i to a 750i. Siegrid is just as sweet as she is professional. Valencia BMW We had a great experience getting our new BMW with John Tuymelyan at Valencia BMW. He was very patient with us but did not pressure or crowd us. He was very informative and the entire process went very smoothly. Since we don't live near Valencia, he even changed his vacation plans to accomadate us, then he delivered the car in person to us.
