Extremely prompt service Costumer service was beyond your traditional service. I receive an appointment according to my needs. The whole staff was literally in harmony with Angelica. Great service, Willie did a good job Purchased car through Willie. Was another good experience. Previous car was also bought at Valencia and with Willie. All transaction was smooth fast and met our expectations. It was worth the hour and half drive for the service we got. Our local BMW did not make us feel as welcomed as this dealer did. Amazingly easy place to buy or lease a car! Friendly, Fast, an d Personable Service Had a great experience leasing my new BMW 3 Series at Valencia BMW. Graeme helped me with the buying process and it was seamless and overall pleasant experience. I had to purchase another vehicle at a different dealership but it definitely did not compare to all the service and help I received from Valencia BMW.
Very Professional We bought a used BMW for our son last week. There was no pressure to spend more than we were interested in spending. We told Julius what we wanted, and he took us to all the cars in our price range and we purchased the one we preferred. It was that easy. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I would definitely go back and hopefully for a new one next time.
