Got 2nd car, happy with Valencia BMW In 2012 got 2013 X6 with easy buying process. Salesperson knew exactly what I wanted. Now with new 2015 Z4 my wife enjoy and loving it. Surprisingly smooth riding in comfort mode believe it or not is better than X6. Excellent customer service then and now. Treat with respect and care. Follow up to see if I am satisfy with the car. Review I had never been to Valencia BMW but when I did I was pleasantly surprised with their facilities, their service and staff. My leasing process took less time than it ever has since I have been leasing and that is more than 30 years. I will be taking my car there for service and will let you know what I think of it later. I trust they will be fine.

6 Stars out of 5 I recently purchased my second BMW from Valencia, and the service and attentiveness still strives even after 5 years. I thought of giving other BMW dealers the opportunity but none of them were able to match the deal, and none of them matched the deal 5 years ago either. **HINT HINT** I enjoyed not feeling pressured by sales person Shakhnur (John) Tuymelyan, he worked with me and the deal for several days until i got what i wanted. Awesome service We bought a 328i sedan we were very impressed with our car dealer, there was no hassle or pressure he made you feel lik family. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I woulld definitely send my friends and family!
