Far but OOKK I recently bought a certified X5 from Valencia BMW, My experience was pleasant. The salesperson, Sergik Haftvani is knowledgeable and patient. When I visited the dealership to see the car, he brought me to the shop to show the car that was being prepped for certification. He pointed the circled small scratches and dimples and assured me that those will disappear as though they never existed. Used Miata Purchase I recently bought a used 2007 Miata from Valencia BMW. My general distrust of car salesman was quickly overcome when the people at Valencia BMW gained my trust pretty fast. We made the deal and I went down to get the car. I really appreciated the way I was treated, and they even seemed to understand my sense of humor. I took the car home.
