Amazing dealership This dealership is amazing! The general sales manager Carlos went completely out of his way to help me get the car I have been looking for which no other dealership had or could get without having to special order it and he kept his word the complete time. We love Craig "Buck" This was a wonderful buying experience. Friendly, professional, no haggling. Our Salesman, Craig, is an asset to Valencia BMW! The Best of the Best I just purchased my second vehicle with Valencia BMW. Four years ago, I thought there was no way to beat the deal that I got with my 525i I purchased there. BMW service was always stellar with that car, but I was concerned that moving to a fixed income would make any repairs prohibitive. In addition, I needed to decrease my monthly car payment. It's the service after the sale that counts. Anyone can sell you a BMW, but the key is good service after the sale. Valencia BMW has that in spades. Our service advisor is Michelle and she's great at explaining everything and making sure we are up on our maintenance. We even bought the extended service warrantee due to the positive dealership experience. It has paid off due to some service elements which needed more help than normal.
