Great Customer Service My first BMW 750Li. Lillian Rodriguez is a true professional. Lillian helped process of getting new car so easy and I honestly felt so comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm looking to lease second BMW for my commute car, and for sure I will ask for Lillian's help with the process.
Excellent service Gregg Hamilt and Sean from the Finance dept were really helpful and accomodating in answering our questions and helping us in finding the right vehicle and loan for us. Thumbs up to BMW-Valencia.

BMW 328d This is my second lease of a BMW diesel sedan. I so much appreciate the ease of the buying process. I know that the service department is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and aim to please. When I examined and drove the 328d I knew I wanted it . It replaces the 335d with a different motor but higher mpg. It added more conveniences like a pop up trunk, automatic ignition and an easier to use navigation system. Amazing Experience!! I started shopping for a new car 2 months ago and I visited many dealerships until I decided I want a BMW X6. The search process is hectic as you all know, but after looking online and checking more than 10 BMW dealerships I found the car I wanted. BMW 650 CONVERTIBLE VERY GOOD PLACE TO BUY A BMW. I BOUGHT A USED BMW 650I CONVERTIBLE. THE PRICE WAS GOOD, EVERY ISSUE WITH THE CAR WAS REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE CAR LOOKED GREAT WHEN I FIRST SAW IT , BUT LOOKED EVEN BETTER WHEN I CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP. GREAT STAFF, A NO PRESSURE SALE. N DURZO TREATED ME THE WAY I WISH ALL SALES PEOPLE WOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
