Outstanding Buying Experience My first experience with Valencia won't be my last - - even tho I live in San Diego, a three hour drive away. Robert Grass, the Internet Manager, put together a dynamite deal on a 2014 328d which was special ordered. No haggling. Robert was great to work with and very responsive to my questions and requests via email. Car was delivered in immaculate condition. Very happy with the experience and very impressed with the dealership.
Amazing, great customer service, easy process Valancia BMW has grade A service. I didn't get any difficulty from then like I did from other dealerships. I walked in, spoke to Robert in sales, got the car I wanted fully loaded, within a week the car was there ready to go. Hamid in finance made sure everything rent smoothly as well recommended me the tire and rim warranty as well as others, which was the best decision I made to get. Great service I've purchased a BMW 328i two weeks ago. The car was in a very good condition as it was described by our dealer Grigor. Purchased a new BMW 335i from Johnny Camp My wife and I just purchased a brand new BMW 335i from Mr. Johnny Camp at Valencia BMW. What a wonderful car and purchasing experience we had. Mr. Camp was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and bent over backwards to help us decide on the car that was right for us. First BMW purchase with Narek Davtyan This was the first BMW we purchased and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Narek Daytan was our salesperson and was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and helped us buy the car we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured.
