23' BMW M850i great car even better price This is my second purchase from Valencia BMW and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. I definitely got very competitive pricing. My salesman Rob G. kept me informed at every step of the process in the procuring, building receipt of my car.
Valencia BMW I really wish there was something good to say, but there just isn?t. I took the car in for scheduled one year service, basically an oil change. I also asked for squeaky brakes to be fixed under warranty. The service writer immediately pushed back on that request with excuses. Then I requested shuttle service and waited 45 minutes for it to come. I got a call when my vehicle was ready and waited another 50 minutes for the shuttle that never came, more excuses. Just OK Not exceptional. Waited almost 4 hours to get oil change and was not even informed it was ready. I had to ask cashier to check on my car status.

I would only recommend Mazen I purchased from Valencia BMW from Massachusetts. I worked with Mazen who was great to work with. I would only recommend working with him as the other sales reps dont seem to work as a team. If it weren't for Mazen going above and beyond for me, I would've rated the dealership about a 3 star experience. Mazen covered the other 2 stars for them.
