The best in the business - Eddie Ahmadie! Eddie is a true professional. We have been buying BMWs from him for over 20 years! No haggling with him, he offers you a fair deal off the bat. I wish all sales processes were as easy and equitable. The dealership is absolutely beautiful, befitting of the BMW legacy. Recall Everyone was helpful and friendly. I made an appointment and as soon as I got there they were waiting for me. Since the recall repair was going to take about 4 hrs they provided a rental car which I needed to pick up my grandkids from school.

Top notch sales purchase experience My brother called Valencia BMW to see if the had the M440i coupe they had advertised still available, salesman Joe answered phone told him yes and had car up front for us to see upon our arrival. Feeling Safe I attended Valencia BMW?s Safety Recall Event to have both of my airbag replaced. From the moment I pulling into the service bay I felt like I was in good hands. Not only were my safety recall issues addressed but I was given an attendance appreciation gift (BMW keychain and pen) along with all the coffee, hot chocolate and water I could drink.
