BMW Valencia - Part Dept. The worst This dealership has the WORST Customer Experience. Specially the PARTS dept. Rude and lack of Customer Service skills personnel. I purchased a new key on Dece 26th. The price included a service fee for the programming. I picked up the new key two weeks later. I asked them on three different times if the key was ready to be used. they confirmed it was ready to be used. Valencia BMW X5 hybrid Worked with sales agent Orson Gay to order a customized BMW X5 hybrid. Orson worked with me and stayed in contact through out the entire process. With the delay in production due to the pandemic, Orson stayed in contact and updated me. I received the car I wanted with a few extras on it. Love the experience.

Awesome Service Department Took my 3 series in for an oil change and an unexpected transmission light. They discovered that a rodent had decided to chew through the transmission wire harness causing the fault. Unfortunately rodents aren?t a warranty item, however, not only did they repair this issue but they took care of a factory recall (programming update) oil and brake fluid replacement in only a few hours. Excellent Experience Flew in to Burbank from out-of-state to purchase a late model pre-owned BMW at Valencia BMW.
