Great buying and order experience Shabir was helpful and patient throughout the whole buying process. I especially appreciated his commitment to honor the same terms of a deal towards a custom order of my vehicle when an original agreement fell through. During the 2 month wait for the vehicle order to be processed and shipped, he was proactive in communicating the status of the order and responsive whenever I had questions. Looking forward to working with the dealership in the future as a new BMW owner
BMW I3 Other BMW dealerships offer free snacks. They had a graffic world war 2 documentary on one of their screens which was a little odd. They should be more careful about programming. Friendly sales team.
Service review Great service by Rich Deeds. Took my car for service and found that I had a leak in my car as provide me with a loaner and ETA for when y car would be done. They did a great job servicing the car.
Repair Service I have had several BMW vehicles and this is the only place I have had all of them serviced. My latest service was excellent. While running diagnostic test they found issue that I was not even aware of. They fixed problem (under warranty), which meant I did not have to bring car back. Awesome service.
