Buying a Used Mini Cooper From the time I sent an online inquiry about the car, I was treated with respect and friendliness. The process was a non pressure process. Peter was very helpful, professional and patient. When I asked for a few minor repairs to be accomplished, he did not hesitate and assured those were accomplished. Mark, the finance manager was very helpful and engaging. An overall positive experience due to Peter and the behind the scenes people.
Great Buying Experience The Fremont site has quite a few stocks of BMWs with different color combination/ tech packages. James, the sale representative was super helpful, efficient and familiar with the car. He offered superior service throughout the process, and in the meantime, helped us get a good deal on the car we really like. We enjoyed shopping here and will recommend others to come as well. Will add more reviews when we re-visit here for services in the future.
