Service at BMW Fremont The scheduled maintenance for my 2017 BMW M3 went accordingly, all items were completed.
Great Service! Will be bringing my car back here! I chose to try out BMW of Fremont rather than Stevens Creek BMW where service has always been a challenge. I brought in my car without an appointment (needed a tire asap) and Ray was able to help me out. I can not say anything negative about the service and the dealership as my experience was great. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for its' next service.
Can't find a better place to perform the service Staff were courteous. The service rep listened to my needs and questions carefully. It is expected that routine maintenance for a BMW is not cheap, but the service rep went extra length to find alternatives when I was in needs of four new tires, and was able to find a lower cost options. BMW x3 I highly recommend Fremont BMW!!! Our salesperson Abdullah was so easy to talk to and used no pressure at all! We had gone to other BMW dealers near our home in Oakland and didn't have very good experience. They were high pressure and deals not as good. The entire staff at Fremont is so helpful and pleasant. I recommend them highly! Abdullah our awesome salesman is still available for questions when anything comes up!!
Awesome service We bought a BMW X3 in February 2020 from BMW Fremont with the help of Mr. Dilip Khare. Our experience has been made a very memorable one by Mr. Dilip and the manager Mr. Rashpal. They were very patient in explaining all the features and made us feel like valued customers. We appreciate the fact that they took all of our concerns into consideration and addressed them immediately. Our experience has been amazing and we already know that we will be buying another car through them soon.
