Very good experience (and I left with a great car) I had an appointment to come test drive a car I had found on edmunds.com and the team was very responsive, nice and helpful the whole way through. I drove 3 cars while there- Winnie was the person who took care of me (and my family) while there- she was knowledgeable, very helpful and very nice/patient. 2018 BMW 530e It was quick and easy two-day trip. The Sales woman was nice and easy to deal with. I would recommend buying a car from Linda.
Service Matt was very professional, updated me on status of my car. Informed me the priorities that needed done. He called himself to let me know that car was ready for pick up and arranged for Uber to take me to the Dealership. My car is driving like new again. Thank you Fremont BMW.

Car Service Overall great, easy experience. I was pretty surprised by the cost. Why is an oil change $250? I was thinking it would be about $100, I had a $30 off coupon and I was OK with around $70. But $250 seems really high. I tried to find out how much it would cost before I brought my car in but I could not find a service price listing. I guess I know why now. Fantastic experience buying with BMW of Fremont Working with BMW of Fremont was pleasant specially with my sale person Winnie Chen, she should be the role model for other sale team, her response of every question is just unbelievable quick, shipping of car took 9 weeks instead of 6 weeks but it is BMW shipping issue but Winnie was managing me during waiting time , overall it was fun experience
