Everything was good until we found an issue Bought a new X5 with the dealership. Everything was good until we found there are small spot of scratch and missing paint on the engine cover. The sales and her manager promised to arrange a free service for us to retouch and fix it at the purchase day. However , they disappeared and no longer replied to our inquiry after then. The issue has not been resolved yet and it has been two weeks since we bought the car.
