Excellent Customer Service!!! The whole experience from scheduling an online appointment to getting my car serviced within a couple of hours and attentive customer service and staff was a pleasant experience. I will bring my car back for servicing again and again!

Purchase of BMW X3 M40i Our sales representative, Sebastine, was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly competent. I highly recommend working with her. I wanted to get a transaction done within a day and she did it with her ability to manage our negotiations, obtain approval from management, and execute a lease return effectively and efficiently. Service, tire repair Anthony, was super helpful and friendly. We came in for a nail in our tire and needed a tire replacement. He was quick to give me an ETA on the work to be done, get me to a rental agency and make sure everything I needed was taken care of including the service that was due in a few weeks. He definitely impressed us and gained our business for the future!

Bmw Fremont Great overall experience . Good and helpful dealership. Sales and support staff was very warm and cooperative
BMW Service at Fremont BMW Good, prompt service. Not sure about fule injection maintenance, and of course, labor prices are high.
