X3 36k miles service experience I take my 2014 X3 for service at Fremont BMW. My last experience was quite pleasant. Service advisor Basma was knowledgeable and nice. I got one way shuttle back and car was serviced in promised time. Only request is the pickup service. They only offer one way drop-off. Overall, a great place to take your BMW for service.

Exemplary Customer Service I returned to BMW of Fremont to purchase my second BMW. I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received from Abdullah, who was my sales advisor.
