Awesome experience I got a used car for my daughter that they had on their lot. Norman is the best very professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. He helped me every step of the way even after the car was purchased. Although other staff has a little bit of a snooty attitude because the car I bought wasnt a BMW when I brought it to the service department but whatever. My car buying experience wasquick, easy and I was in an out in less than 2 hours. I will try and go thru Norman for any used car purchase for sure.

Repair of BMW528i I had a factory safety recall to fix. I had no problem getting the appointment as per my schedule. It was fixed as promised (time required). The dealer provided a shuttle to drop me at my home.
