Air bag recall Excellent service and he explained all issues, he actually looked to make sure the warranty was ok and informed me that warranty is good up to 150k.
BMW 528XI Owner This dealer no longer provides loaner cars for service. This is a cost cutting exercise done at the expense of my convenience and is expected from a luxury car provider. This dealer did not vacuum my car. There is nowhere to sit while I am waiting.

BMW Fremont Service -M5 Best experience at a BMW dealership, service was prompt and transparent. Had a great service advisor, Anthony Lezada, who was extremely helpful and communicative.
Amazing service by Yordano and team Although most people are afraid of dealerships I am fortunate to have BMW of Fremont Service department in my back yard. You feel like you're leaving your car with a friend rather than a dealership you think will rip you off. My main service advisor Yorando Rios made sure every thing was perfect and timely and considered all inconveniences I may have had while my car was in service and addressed them all.
