My Experience With Service at BMW Fairfax My Service Advisor was Mark Stout who, under adverse conditions, (coronavirus precautions), provided excellent personalized service. I had VA safety and exhaust emissions tests performed. By phone he informed me of items that required immediate attention and, due to costs, could be performed at a near term later date. Would inform me when the passenger side air bag would be available for installation. Appropriate discounts were applied. Affable character.
