Superb service for happy new BMW owner. Just bought a used BMW and went to the Fairfax, Virginia location for a 30,000 mile service. Great representative (Jessica Villeneuve), who is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. A wonderful first time experience with a BMW service center, with comfortable facilities, a clean loaner, and quick service. The only drawback? It can be a busy place at certain times.

BMW 323i repair The dealership facility is very nice and had great accommodations. The cafe shop offered free beverages and snacks for their customers. The waiting area is nicely designed with comfortable chairs and big screen TVs. It was a great experience. And they washed my car.
