528 or 535 Xdrive The whole process was smooth, efficient and very professional!! Alex was incredibly knowledgable and gave honest answers to questions! I highly encourage anyone to look at this dealership. Great inventory and I’m thrilled with the purchase. On a side note, the FOB had a low battery. I went in and it was changed with a fresh battery...no questions!

Very satisfied Very pleasant experience. Service adviser was very forthright and candid on what is needed and what is not. Only negative is that when I picked up the car, I noticed a large 'ding' in the door. They didn't point that out to me -- they should have. But, when I brought it to their attention, they readily agreed to get it fixed.

Danika was amazing! I have not had much luck with BMW Fairfax in terms of timely repairs. I had an appointment to replace a flat tire and was told that the wait was two hours. This was not going to work. Danika went above and beyond to get the tire replaced within one hour. She was kind, professional and understanding. I think BMW needs to step it up in terms of service. Don't get in the habit of 'they bought it, we can relax.' You need 100% customer service all the time. Danika did just that!

Excellent Experience We live in Vermont and purchased from BMW of Fairfax. Dealer described car perfectly, had all of the information available on line, and had me in and out of the dealership, test drive and all, in 75 minutes. James was great to work with. he was extremely helpful and responsive prior to the purchase and to no surprise has been great in follow up items. Highly recommend BMW of Fairfax as this was a great car buying experience.
