During my visit to renew my Lease I just got amazed by the excelent service, professional attention and understanding of my needs, and I get the car that I wanted.
I went into BMW Tucson to look for a very specific car they took care of me and addressed all my concerns and help me get into the car I wanted. They spent many hours working with me after the dealership had closed to hammer out the deal I wanted. Great team they have there.

As being a return BMW buyer.....I must say, I am not the easiest person to deal with when making a purchase on a new car, especially with the cliche's of car dealerships and car salesmen, however, the experience at BMW Tucson was priceless. I bought my 335i from Tucson BMW in January of this year. I have to agree with most when they say the used car sales manager is a joke and somewhat rude. However, on the service side, I have no complaints. My service representative (Shaun) is a very nice person, has always treated me with respect, and make every effort to get me my vehicle back as soon as possible. We traveled down to Tucson from Phoenix this week for for work and pleasure and popped into Tucson BMW to look at a 5 series car since our 3 series was out of warranty and we were thinking of something a bit newer/ larger/ more luxurious. as always they treated me very well. I live in Sierra Vista so it is a 70 mile trip (one way) but for the 6 years I have been going there they have been really nice to me... they offered me a loaner car, but I mostly don't like to drive someone else's car... they fixed/serviced my car as fast as they could to be considerate of me... your staff is real nice and I thought they were as nice to me as they could be...
