Humberto was my service provider. He was very efficient and informative. My car was kept overnight for an unexpected recall and he provided me with a shuttle home. Wonderful experience overall!
The service advisor Jayme Larson for the first service of my BMW 750 did a great job answering all of the questions I had regarding the operation of the car. She was very patient in answering my questions. She thoroughly explained the answer to every question and if she did not know the answer, she found someone who did know the answer. She spent a lot of time with me, and I appreciate it very much.
Tyson was extremely helpful and patient in helping out with my first car service. He went out of his way to help with finding the things we were looking for in the car and bared with us while we were trying to figure out what to do for different parts of the service. Kudos to him.
