Quality Service Always greeted with a positive attitude, smile and a “how can I help you today?” Simple things like that make all the difference. Typically when you enter a service center, you’re already flustered from your car needing repair, but the friendly members at laurel BMW always help assure you that everything will get taken care of.

'10 328Xi Service Review Responding to 2 items: 1) Requested an oil change for my '10 328Xi a) oil change completed in < 2hrs, b) Svc Advisor also mentioned that I needed a coolant flush and brake fluid change, all completed in a TOTAL of < 2 hrs. Response time is GREAT. Cost is hard for me to rationalize...$125 for an oil/filter change? 2) We have just ordered a new 2020 330Xi from Jessica.
