The stress free way to purchase a car!! Came here back in 2015 to purchase a new vehicle for my self. Last weekend, went shopping for a used car for my son, came here last, should have come here first! My son found the car he wanted, the price was very very good, and the customer service, excellent.

Customer 30 years This dealership is fantastic. My service manager was terrific to work with. I did not have an appt but my car started making noise and jerking so I was going to drive it the mile from my house. He was helpful, put me in a loaner, discussed what services needed to be done in addition to the problem.

Friendly faces and great service I get my maintenance done here. They always take care of us. Very friendly and efficient. Easy to work with. The waiting area is well stocked and pleasant. This is the only BMW dealer I go to with my car needs because they take care of everything.

Great Service at Laurel BMW My 2010 Sedan with 140k miles had developed a visible oil leak. Jay was extraordinarily helpful, got the car there late evening and was diagnosed first thing the next morning and fixed to our satisfaction by the next afternoon. Appreciate the Support Great experience. Laurel BMW has been my car resource for 2 decades. I trust them and appreciate their support and great service. I went in for a repair but after a long discussion decided a newer car would be best option.
