Great Customer Service I own 3 BMW's and all are serviced by Laurel BMW in Westmont. Jay has been our service advisor for years and always makes sure our vehicles are serviced correctly and delivered back to us when promised. We have never been disappointed with our service at this dealer.
2014 BMW X1 Service My wife?s BMW X1 is almost 8 years old and was due for service. This car still drives like new and after a detail at Laurel it looks like new. We have had our BMW?s serviced at Laurel for more than 20 years. We have worked with several Service Advisors during this period of time and worked with James Randall for about the last 8 years. James is terrific as were the other SA?s we?ve worked with. We buy BMW?s not only because they are terrific cars but also because of the outstanding service at Laurel!
New x7 Went on to check out the new x7. Loved it the seller Paul was very helpful in the whole process. I would recommend this lace when looking to get you a new car ask for Paul

Laurel BMW Review I had my 2012 Z4 in recently and just wanted to post that I had another great experience working with the pros at Laurel BMW, especially my long standing service advisor, James Randall. He always does a great job. He set me up with a great loaner while my car was being taken care of. He does an expert job explaining all the mechanical details to a non-gear head like myself. I recommend Laurel BMW highly!
