great car buying experience This was our second car purchase from Darrell at Laurel in Westmont. Darrell made the car buying process very comfortable. There was no pressure and no uncomfortable negotiating. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even made an appointment with me after the sale to go over the car features. I would definitely recommend the Laurel dealership, and Darrel in particular, to all my friends.
Exceptional Service I've been trying to find the right car for myself for a little while. I have looked around on Cars.com, but was unable to find what I was looking for, until I found a car at BMW of Westmont. No nonsense. Terrific service. Terrific service and efficiency throughout the buying process. I do not like to spend time haggling and laid out my financial parameters and our salesman Jeff made it happen. Closing process was very smooth and the finance person was very articulate and efficient
Best Dealer around Chicagoland I live more than 2 hours from the Chicagoland area but decided to shop for a used BMW at Chicago since there are a lot more dealers in this area compared to where I live. Out of the three BMW dealers and several other dealers I visited, this one definitely provided me the best customer service and buying experience. The price is great and the car is in excellant condition.

535 Xdrive M Sport!! I bought this car over the Internet without actually seeing the car. The car is simply amazing, the staff at Laurel BMW were very helpful and thorough. Ollie Townsend was my sales rep and he was good at getting the deal I thought was best. Jason Saxton is one of the best finance specialists I have ever dealt with. Overall I am very pleased.
New 3 series! Had a great experience with Lilly Kolarski, she was a very helpful salesperson. Very satisfied with her service and she was very funny as well, which eases the buying process. Made the trip all the way from West Lafayette to purchase the car very worth it!

Best Service Manager in the business Buying process was above average. Where this dealership excels is in the service department. Steve Olsen is the best service manager I have run into during my 45 years of buying cars. His concern for the customer is unmatched. And he goes the extra mile to insure your satisfaction.
